C&L is currently By Appointment for dress shopping; allow us to provide you with the experience you deserve; request your appointment today!

1. Select 'Request an Appointment' at the top or bottom of our site.
2. Pick out a day and time that works for you. Please understand our website is not 100% "real time" and if the customer before you choses the exact day\time we may need to ask for a 2nd choice from you.
3. Check your messages for a confirmation response from a C&L team member, we reply by text (please "opt in" if this is your preferred method of communication, email(be sure to check your junk file) if you do not hear back from us within 24 business hours please give us a ring, we do not want to miss meeting you !!
4. Arrive on your selected date/time and pick out the dress of your dreams!

We can accommodate up to 4 guests seated per bride,  2 guests seated per prom appointment, for “ double” prom appointment (friends trying on at the same time) space may be limited , please contact us for guest allowance. We are here to earn your business and provide you with the best experience possible, please allow us to do that for you.

One of our main goals is to make everyone feel welcome in our shop; while browsing may be possible on our prom side (preferably not on weekends, please), our bridal department is not set up to allow browsing; our wedding gowns are protected by organza covers and are challenging to fully view without having a consultant to display them for you. Most often appointments are in process and we always want to respect our brides and guests in those appointments *thank you for your understanding*

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, our shop can feel chaotic and less than magical when parties are coming and going all at once; gowns will be off the salesfloor and in appointments, so trying to view them beforehand will not show you our true selection.

Our wedding gowns range in price from $1600-$4500

C&L has 2 wedding gown SAMPLE SALES a year (typically early summer and late fall)  gowns range $1500 and less

Gown prices do not include alterations

We compare the size chart provided by the designer to your measurements. This determines the correct size of garment to be ordered. Please note that this is not a made-to-measure process, so alterations will most likely be required. All customers are required to sign for their chosen size, our staff are here to guide you in choosing the best size, every body is unique and you know your body the best, therefore in the end it is your choice what size you order.

All sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

Faster delivery is often available for an additional fee imposed by our designers. This special service is generally a 20-24 week delivery schedule (subject to change), and the fee does not include any  freight charges that may be required. C&L has hundreds of gowns in store available to purchase off the rack, so ordering is not always needed.

A newly ordered in item are special orders. These garments are cut and prepared to the designer’s delivery schedule, which is usually a minimum of 25-35 weeks. Please Remember: “Special Order” does not mean custom order and may require alterations. We are happy to highly recommend trusted professionals who specialize in formal dress alterations. A Prom Registry is intended for stores that sell prom dresses to their customers and register those dresses to the school that they are being worn at. C&L does NOT keep track of gowns sold. Prom registries are completely unrealistic and often used as a selling tactic by stores. Bridal shops are independent of one another and do not share sales information, therefore the information is only accurate for one store.

Most grad classes have online groups in which they post their gown style on to try to avoid duplication, this is a much more accurate way of controlling duplication if all graduates post their photos as they should.

YES! We are proud to be one of the very few salons that allows photos to be taken ( we secretly want to be a part of your hashtag… #champagneandlace )

The famous PINK ROOM is C&L’s selection of wedding\prom\mothers\gala gowns at amazing prices! These gowns are not worn but may be in less than perfect condition. To view the ever changing selection visit @champagnepinkroom on Instagram!  PINK ROOM appointments are not always available on Saturdays.

If you find a lower price from another boutique, please call us or mention at your appointment, we will need verification (photo of store tag or email confirmation) We are grateful for your business and will honor a lower price when we can.
